God promises to help you draw near to Him

James 4:8-10; Psalm 130:5-6; Proverbs 8:17; Luke 11:9-13; Psalm 119:2,10; Jeremiah 29:11-13; Psalm 42:1-2,7-8; 145:18;18:6;138:3

A) The presents of God will allow us to see our sin and want his forgiveness.
James 4:8-10 Come to God and see your sins with mourning, humble yourself before the Lord and he will lift you up.

Psalm 130:5-6 Wait for the Lord, "I'm counting on the Lord", set your hope in his word.

B) God want to pure his love on you who have repented to him.
Proverbs 8:17 - God loves those who love him, those who seek him find him.

Luke 11:9-13 Ask, Seek, Knock and the Father will give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.

Psalm 119:2, 10 Search joyfully for God with all your heart, put effort into obeying God.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 God's plans for you is good, not disaster - when you pray, God will listen, if you look wholeheartedly you find God.

C) God has a responsive, loving relationship with his children.
Psalm 42:1-2, 7-8 I thirst to be in the presents of the Living God and each day the Lord pours his unfailing love upon me, each night I sing his songs, praying to God who gives me life.

Psalm 145:18 The Lord is close to all who call on him in truth.

Psalm 18:6; 138:3 In my distress I cried out to the Lord and he heard my cry, immediately he answered me, giving encouraging strength.
