Carry the good news to LGBTQ community

I'm working on partnering with LGBTQ employees and friends to have an open workshop on Morality. The idea is "ask big questions, understanding others, understanding yourself". The goal is to hear perspectives and a guided talk about Christian views on core questions around morality, showing what we have in common and what the Christian worldview brings to bear on common personal sruggles that everyone shares no matter how we identify ourselves.

For 12 consecutive years, my employer has received a 100% rating on the Corporate Equality Index, an annual survey administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation that assesses corporate policies and practices relevant to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning (LGBTQ) employees.

To earn a perfect rating, a company must satisfy all survey criteria, including employment policies, benefits, training and development, office environment, and public engagement. This rating emphasizes my employers commitment to fostering a diverse culture that demonstrates respect for individuals and the communities in which we live and work.

The big idea, God's call to turn and live is for everyone, equally. Luke 8:4-18
