Theme: Prayer for our neighborhood churches to wisely share Alpha and build community.
For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Galatians 5:14
- Lord give us the wisdom to love our neighbors. Bring the workers into the harvest fields of our community. Make the paths straight for the wayward to come into your presence, in Jesus Name.
Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Philippians 2:3
- Lord help us to consider the needs of our neighborhood churches. Give us the wisdom to build new, sustainable Alphas.
Do not be misled: "Bad company corrupts good character." - 1 Cor 15:33
- Lord, give us the armor of faith, righteousness, truth to guard us as we carry the gospel to sinful people. Let our Alpha training and coaching bring confidence to "win the person, not the argument."
At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, - Matthew 21:10
- Lord, we believe you can heal our relationships. Give us the courage to make amends today. To live at peace and bring your peace to others. Build Alpha teams of hosts, helpers, greeters, and food servers to be united in prayer for each of the guests.
