Key truth and application to sharing the gospel

I've been thinking about partnering with non-church people to share the gospel as part of a workplace ministry. (When we struggle with the meaning of life, conversations help). The Lord reminded me of my pastor's teaching from year's ago: 5 Keys for Effective Ministry

In my regular Bible study and life in ministry, the Lord is helping me. I was given these verses, this message from Piper that the cross of Christ secures BOTH forgiveness and sin-killing obedience and then enjoyed the Holy Spirit weekend with Alpha/MNTC.

The idea of holding each other to God's standard in the church is actually better for us, however, ministry in the nursery is not the same as a ministry to missionaries. To my mature friends:

Notice how God is both kind and severe. He is severe toward those who disobeyed, but kind to you if you continue to trust in his kindness. But if you stop trusting, you also will be cut off. And if the people of Israel turn from their unbelief, they will be grafted in again, for God has the power to graft them back into the tree. You, by nature, were a branch cut from a wild olive tree. So if God was willing to do something contrary to nature by grafting you into his cultivated tree, he will be far more eager to graft the original branches back into the tree where they belong. (Romans 11:22-24)

John 1:12	"All who BELIEVED Jesus and ACCEPTED him, he gave the right TO BECOME children of God"	You must first believe to understand. Accepting Jesus in the context of John 1 is letting him be Lord over your life, accepting that Jesus is the eternal Son of God.
John 3:16-21	God shows his love for all people in sending his one and only Son, that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.	Do you know that God loves you and you can't make him love you less or more? Jesus came NOT TO JUDGE the world but to SAVE the world through him. There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him HAS ALREADY BEEN JUDGED for not believing in God's one and only Son.
Romans 3:23	We've all fallen short of the glory of God	No-one is in a "better" position than anyone else Righteousness, knowing we're wrong and believing in God's promises (Romans 3)
Romans 5:8	God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.	Reconciliation to God by Christ, is peace and hope (Romans 5:1-11)
Eph 2:8-9	God SAVED you BY his GRACE when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.	I was naked, and you gave me clothing
1 Peter 3:18	Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned, but he died for sinners to bring you safely home to God. He suffered physical death, but he was raised to life in the Spirit.	Faith is trusting in Jesus's finished work on the cross for our relationship with God, knowing Jesus is alive today.
1 John 5:11-12	And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God’s Son does not have life.	who are the people of God?
Revelation 3:20	Jesus stands outside of people and knocks to those who have already believed. "If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends."	We need to continue to let Jesus in as his Church. John sees God's redemptive plan completed in Christ's return
