Build a bridge and get over it

Cy Wakeman's Reality Based Leadership is a practical guide to helping people through change without getting into their BMWs (Bitching, Moaning, Whining sessions).  Another colleague put it, "build a bridge and get over it". I was reminded of all this today when I saw this tweet:

From BibleHub:
Proverbs 10:19
When there are many words, transgression is unavoidable, But he who restrains his lips is wise.

Proverbs 14:29
He who is slow to anger has great understanding, But he who is quick-tempered exalts folly.

Proverbs 16:32
He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city.

Proverbs 17:27
He who restrains his words has knowledge, And he who has a cool spirit is a man of understanding.

Proverbs 29:20
Do you see a man who is hasty in his words? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

Ecclesiastes 7:9
Do not be eager in your heart to be angry, For anger resides in the bosom of fools.
