I enjoy getabstract.com and the other day I was reviewing strengths finder 2.0, I recalled books I enjoyed years ago from the series, "First break all the rules" and "Now discover your strengths". It's nice these days you can find any book you once had but gave away by googling the book name followed by "pdf"

I like how they distinguish between "talent" and "skill", the boxed themes are my strengths. Achiever is also my Enneagram Type
I like what the Bible says about working together
- Two are better than one, cord of three is not easily broken (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12) - two or more in my name there I am. (Matt 18:20)
- Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another (Proverbs 27:17)
- We consider how to stir up one another to love and good works (Hebrews 10:24-25)
- We work for the Lord not for men (Col 3:23)
- Encourage the weak, seek to do good to all (1 Thes 5:14-22), Don't grow weary of doing good, we'll reap a harvest if we don't give up (Gal 6:9)
