Love one another is central to the Christian experience

The commmand to love one another is new in its emphasis, example and experience.

Emphasis is quality of love, agape
- 1 cor 13, 1 peter 4:7-11
Example is Jesus Christ (John 13-15)
- as I loved you, love one another
Experience, faith grace power of Holy Spirit. True, real, genuine.

4) love for God motivates us to obey the law of love, God's commands without thinking about them. Do you agree, why or why not.
  - we aren't motivated to work because of threats of the bank. Or care for our children because of threats from government.
- we get the right intuition, unconcious competence through the right analysis, conscious competence. However in the flesh we start with the wrong intuition, unconcious incompetence through the wrong analysis conscious incompetence.

- Expects (faith), sees (hope), and desires (love) the best for everyone, bringing God praise, joy and glory.

- Jesus had expectations in life and was prepared for the journey. He counted the cost. He saw life beyond himself. He gave himself for others benefit, bringing glory to God.
