But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.

No one fears going to sleep, in fact we welcome it. We look forward to resting. Because we know that we will rise again. We look forward to the next day. In the Scripture we see the perfect plan of God being revealed in our hearts and minds. We get a foretaste of this perfection by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
Belonging to Christ, we are in Him.
For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, then at his coming those who belong to Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:22-23 ESV
How? Faith in Jesus' finished work and promises for today and tomorrow.
4 groups resurrection? I believe (see) a single ending, not a prolonged multi staged ending. Troy had the following groups;
- pentecost to church end
- ?
- tribulation and old testament believers
- thousand year reign believers
Heb 2:14-15, Jesus became like us but is unlike us. Son of God, son of man.
Big idea, being in Christ means Christ victory over the grave is our victory over the grave.
