Jesus is the only way to God (John 14:6, Acts 4:12, 1 Tim 2:5)

Perceived arrogance that Jesus is the only way is solved with deference to God's word. The Bible is clear about Jesus. Deference is the humble submission to a superior.
Tolerance is allowing and affirming "separate realities" - your view is not wrong it's different and equally okay. However, Christianity affirms the spiritual reality of sin, righteousness, and judgment as gravity and the boiling point of water.
Relevance, there's only one way to God, Jesus Christ: "I am the way, the truth and the life - no one comes to the father but through me" John 14:6. Jesus cured our sin problem on the cross, he cured our hope problem in the resurrection, he cured our non-response/faithless problem by sending the Holy Spirit.
