I found my self wondering the how to respond to respond to the greeting "Namaste", as it has underlying religious contexts that are anti-Christ. The greeting is anti-Christ in that Jesus claimed "I am THE way, THE truth and THE life, no one comes to the Father EXCEPT through me" John 14:6.
This claim would mean nothing if Jesus Christ had not died for our sins according to the Scriptures, yet we know that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, and then to the Twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time, most of whom were still living at the time 1 Corinthians 15:1-58 was written. Then Jesus appeared to James, then to all the apostles...I read a post that had in the comments section the idea that Christians have long had a greeting, "Christ is risen" with the expected response "He is risen indeed". So perhaps a good response and conversation starter to Namaste would be "Christ is Risen indeed".
