This summer I'm studying 1 & 2 Peter with friends over the course of 8 weeks. Last week I noticed the phrase "grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good. (1 Peter 2:3 NIV)" alluding to Psalm 34:8, "taste and see that the Lord is good". Now this week I see it again, 1 Peter 3:8-12, relating to Ps 34:12-16.
