- Seek the Lord while he may be found, call on Him while He is near. Forsake your wicked way, your unrighteous thoughts, return to the LORD - My thoughts, not your thoughts, my way, not your way (Isaiah 55:6-8).
- He desires truth in our inmost being and teaches wisdom there (Psalm 51:6). The LORD gives wisdom, His mouth come knowledge and understanding (Proverbs 2:6). I love those who love me, and those who seek me early shall find me (Proverbs 8:17).
- Perseverance, maturity and completeness. God gives wisdom generously to those who ask in faith, Ask God for wisdom (James 1:4-6). Give me an "understanding heart to judge and discern between good and evil, govern Your people (1 Kings 3:9).
- Fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). In all your ways acknowledge Him, He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:6).
- Desire wisdom with all of your heart (Proverbs 2:3-5 ). Study and learn God's Word (Psalm 19:7 ). The more you devote yourself to God's Holy Word, the more you open yourself up to the greatest wisdom in the universe.
- Refuse to acknowledge: Pride, worldview that dismisses miracles (i.e. science, variation "we don't understand")
- God has clearly revealed Himself in nature (Romans 1:20) and in the hearts of people (Ecclesiastes 3:11). The problem is that the human race is sinful; we all reject this knowledge of God and rebel against Him (Romans 1:21-23). If it were not for God’s grace, we would be given over to the sinful desires of our hearts, allowing us to discover how useless and miserable life is apart from Him. He does this for those who continually reject Him (Romans 1:24-32)
- Six theological flaws (God and ourselves)
- Analogies of what the Bible is
- Diagnostics of a depraved psychology and consequences (Romans 1:18-32)
