The Only Kingdom That Prevails The Doctrine of the Kingdom of God

20 Now having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He replied, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed or with a visible display; 21 nor will people say, ‘Look! Here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For the kingdom of God is among you [because of My presence].”

7. a. How do this world’s kingdoms compare to God’s kingdom? (See also Job 12:23; Psalm 145:13; 

and Daniel 2:44.) 

The kingdoms of this world, even the mightiest in their day, come and go. But God’s kingdom will endure forever. Job 12:23 attributes the greatness, rise, and dispersion of earthly kingdoms to God. Psalm 145:13 describes God’s kingdom as everlasting and prevailing through all generations. Daniel 2:44 tells us God will set up a kingdom that cannot be destroyed and will endure forever, crushing all other kingdoms.

7 b. How does this impact where you put your trust? Responses may include the fruitlessness of putting complete trust in earthly nations and rulers, all of which are faulty to varying degrees. Only God’s kingdom endures for eternity
