Chess: strategy and tactics

Watching https://www.masterclass.com/classes/garry-kasparov-teaches-chess/chapters/garry-s-chess-fundamentals/watch

It's fun to see experts talk and teach. Garry Kasparov says hard work (perseverance) is something that can be cultivated. Raw talent + hard work is an unbeatable success combination.

He says a strategy is knowing what to do when there's nothing to do, tactics is knowing what to do when there's work. There's no one strategy in chess because it depends on the players. Ultimately there is only one strategy in Chess, one direction - achieve checkmate. There are many tactics (that are situational).

Looking forward to visiting https://worldchesshof.org/

In life there's one strategy, Love God... many tactics depending upon situations.
