A) Seek me with all of your heart, means to ask God for a new heart
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8
B) It's not too late to come to God, do it right now.
But if from there you will seek the LORD your God, you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. Deuteronomy 4:29
C) What does it mean to seek the Lord with all your heart and soul?
I sought the LORD, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4
Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4
Now set your heart and soul to seek the LORD your God. 1 Chronicles 22:19
